After retiring from farming in 1993, John Wunder began growing his own flax and giving it away to friends and family because of the many health benefits.

John and his wife Virginia started selling Wunder Flax in 2002 because they came to realize they could help more people by increasing the amount of flax they raised and selling it around region.

Currently, Wunder Flax is available to all Affiliated Grocery and Fairway Foods stories and many HyVee grocery stores in the Upper Midwest. If your local store is not currently carrying it, tell your grocer and send us an e-mail, and we’ll try to help.
